Anlungkuki Community School

We visited Anlungkuki Community School over two days and taught two English classes. Our visit was begun each day with a dance performance by school students taught by teacher Somaly. Students enjoyed having new faces around and being pushed to speak English in full sentences. Sakun was our interpreter - without him, it would have been a much bigger challenge. We subsidise the canteen so they can feed the young children a healthy breakfast. 

The school is half an hour from Kampot. It's existence reflects the energy and goodwill of teacher Sok and his mother (below). Sok recently became a father.
