Stories from the 2023 trip 

School upgrade - We painted a library at CLS and met a team of Belgian soccer players, who took on the CLS  boys team. 

Out to the salt fields - The team visited the tiny salt field school on the truck which brings school -age students into school each day

Meeting the kids in Kandal (above) - The day before the main team arrived we were taken to Addheka's project in Kandal Province


Kruesa Thmey (below) - a new NGO in Phnom Penh which cares for damaged and severely at-risk children

Community Outreach - we visited the home of two young girls and agreed to pool some late funds and upgrade their wet areas. Their father here is starting the work. 

New friends and experiences - Sakun was our interpreter once more - invaluable in the classroom and in connecting with the locals. We also met Karen Brown (above), who became our team photographer. 

Epic Arts - We spent a morning at Epic Arts and witnessed the latest production from the 'Epic Encounters' dance company.
